The Lion model 90823/53861 is a 40" commercial grade 304 stainless steel natural gas grill on a portable cart. It has five cast stainless burners and a 15,000 BTU infrared rotisserie rear burner. The lid is made of double-layer, seamless stainless steel with polished edges. Interior lights allow you to cook at night. Solid stainless steel cooking grids ensure years of use. The cart has stainless shelves, a door and double drawers for storage, a paper towel rack and a bottle opener. The natural gas hose and coupler may be purchased separately.

The Lion Multi-Function Bin is made of 16 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel. It provides a convenient way to conceal your propane tank or trash can, and provides venting. The drawer slides out for easy access, a locking strap keeps the items secure.

The Lion electric warming drawer is made with 16-gauge 304 grade brushed stainless steel and has a full-size handle. The control panel features a variable temperature control knob, a power switch, and two indicator lights for power and warming status. Two vents allow for adjustments to internal humidity. It provides a convenient way to keep foods warm and ready to serve. This CSA-certified food-safe drawer includes five removable stainless steel buffet pans with lids for sanitary storage of foods. Four of the buffet pans with lids are 1.7 liters and one is 3.9 liters.
