Replace the stainless flame tamers in your Lion grill, with up to four of the flame trays with ceramic rods, to create 100% radiant heat. Radiant heat produces the most even heat distribution, and minimal flare-ups, while cooking.

Turn your Lion gas grill into a charcoal grill and add smoky flavor to your food. The tray is easy to use; remove the cooking grid and flavor plate and place the charcoal tray directly above the burner. Fill the tray with charcoal, and use the burners to ignite the coals. Once the charcoal is lit, turn off the burners, and enjoy the wonderful aroma while you food cooks.

The stainless steel searing burner can replace any of the cast stainless burners in the Lion L75000, or L90000 gas grills. It produces a more intense heat for searing meat, and works very well with steaks, pork chops and boneless chicken.
